Cathy is the most wonderful broker we have ever used!!!!  I have problems walking, and she made sure I got into over 30 homes to view for purchase.  She hauled me into condos and houses and we kept looking. Cathy really knows her way around Cambridge!!!

Over the course of a 4 year time span, Cathy provided property management services, while I was the executor of a family property. The property eventually was put up for sale, and Cathy acted as my agent for the sale.

There can be no doubt that Cathy Ricci has her customer's best interest in mind.  For example, she recently traveled to the west coast and while there was able to help this potential first time home buyer avoid a situation that could have been disastrous.
